Lorin Pope has been working with art his entire life, and hopes to one day become a high school art teacher. As an artist, he primarily uses metal, but also works in other media such as ceramics and drawing.
As a child, he would often go with his father to sites of archaeological or anthropological interest; it was these visits, and in particular a study of Native American petroglyphs, which inspired his Community Art piece, Night Wanderer.
Currently a student living in Taylor, AZ, Lorin can be reached by email at lorinpope85@gmail.com, or by phone at 480-390-3625; you can also hear an audio interview with Lorin here.
